The course

RankRush is a digital course consisting of video lessons and downloadable materials, delivered through a members area at rankrush.tech/members. Purchasing RankRush grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own website projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share course content.

Payment

Purchases are processed by JVZoo. By purchasing, you agree to JVZoo's terms of sale in addition to these terms. Refunds are handled according to the refund policy stated on the sales page at the time of purchase; where a refund is issued, access to the members area is revoked.

Earnings and results disclaimer

RankRush teaches a workflow for building and indexing websites. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, or earnings outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, existing content, niche competition, and changes to third-party platforms (ChatGPT, Google Search, indexing services). Any results mentioned in course materials are illustrative and not typical.

Acceptable use

You agree not to share your login credentials, attempt to access other members' accounts, or use the members area in a way that disrupts the service for others.

Changes

We may update course content, these terms, or the members area over time. Continued use of your account after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

RankRush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course.
